What services does EasyScripts offer?
We are a retail pharmacy with a caring staff that will help you with all of your prescription needs. You can pick up your medications at one of our many locations or we can deliver them to you. We have a fleet of vehicles offering home delivery within Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. EasyScripts also has a full-service OTC fulfillment and distribution center, designed to deliver your monthly OTC benefit conveniently by mail, straight to your home.
How does the service work?
Give us a call at (305) 663-5400, to locate the pharmacy that works best for you. We will guide you from there. When your prescription is filled, you can choose delivery or pick up where available.
Is EasyScripts available in my location?
You can use our pharmacy locator to see if there is an EasyScripts pharmacy near you. We also offer free delivery to all customers. Currently, we provide home delivery service within Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
How do I get a prescription?
After your visit with your healthcare provider, have them send your prescription electronically to your pharmacy of choice.

How do I transfer a prescription?
Give us a call at (305) 663-5400 and we can help you transfer your prescription. When you call, please have your medication in hand as we may ask for some key information that is located on the label.
Can I get my prescription delivered?
Yes! We have wonderful drivers dedicated to delivering your medications. We maintain a fleet of vehicles offering a home delivery service within Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, ensuring your prescriptions are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Over-the-Counter (OTC)
How do I enter my OTC order?
You can enter your OTC order at a participating medical center, via email, fax, call center, mail, or through the HealthSun member portal. Your order will be fulfilled and you can expect to receive it within 5-10 business days. Find out more about OTC.
What services can HealthSun members receive?
OTC products are non-prescription items not covered by your Medicare prescription drug plan. HealthSun covers the cost of select OTC products and EasyScripts ships your monthly selection directly to you. You can view included items in our OTC Formulary.
